OUR START
Founded in 2006, Cornerstone is aptly named, as we provide our clients with foundational solutions to build upon. We believe in building lasting client-partner relationships, and we continue to grow to accommodate our clients. We have now grown to service Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Washington D.C. as an established low-voltage infrastructure and technology solutions provider. Cornerstone is a Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a recognized Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) with the Washington Metropolitan Airport Authority.
DAVID MOORE - PRESIDENT/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
David started his technology career in 1992 with the United States Navy working in the intelligence field as a Predator UAV operator. After 4+ years in the Navy David went to work for General Atomics Aeronautical as a trainer/operator for UAV's, and eventually landed working for the Department of Defense designing and field testing prototype ground control systems for Unmanned systems. In 2003 David relocated to the Shenandoah Valley to take up ownership in a small IT company. After 3 years as a partner in the firm David split of and started Cornerstone, due to his desire to provide full infrastructure solutions to the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. David believes in more than just providing services to clients, instead our goal is to partner with them.
MARK CLIMER - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER/VP STRUCTURED CABLING
Mark joined the Cornerstone Team in 2016. His career in infrastructure services spans almost 30 years, with experience in both commercial and federal client environments. Mark has built and managed numerous client relationships on local, regional, and national levels. He has experience in multiple low voltage technologies, with his expertise being Copper & Fiber Structured Cabling. Mark's industry tenure has gained him a variety of capabilities in technical tasking, project management, and business operations. He strives to be attentive, solution-driven, and a trusted advisor to all Cornerstone clients. Mark's leadership and industry knowledge, make him a valuable asset to the Cornerstone Team.
KEVIN ESTEP – VP TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
Kevin has been with Cornerstone since June 2007. He has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, and a Master's of Business Administration, both from James Madison University. He has worked in IT for over 15 years, providing services for state, local, and private organizations. He has experience in Windows Server and Workstation OS products, network setup and troubleshooting, and wireless communications
KIM EATON – FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
With over 25 years of financial and management experience, Kim serves as the Financial Director for Cornerstone, and oversees the financial, accounting, and administrative practices of Cornerstone. Prior to joining the Cornerstone Team in 2013, Kim operated a woman-owned Commercial Construction business which was licensed as a General Contractor in Virginia and West Virginia. Her project management skills span from small family-friendly projects to multi-million dollar projects throughout both states. Her knowledge of project management and accounting, allows her to provide strategic solutions to Cornerstone and our Partners, as we face the ups and downs of the industry. Kim helps the Cornerstone Team with cost approach savings, that we pass on to our clients.
DEBBIE DRIVER – OFFICE MANAGER
Debbie joined the Cornerstone Team in 2015. Her 25+ years of managerial and administrative experience, combined with her impeccable customer service record and strong attention to detail, makes the daily business operations successful. Debbie is well connected in the community and has a trusted rapport with Cornerstone clients. She offers superior dedication and steadfast diligence in her day-to-day management of all office administrative duties, making her a very integral part of our Cornerstone Team.
